2. THE FIRST CONCERT THAT I EVER SAW WAS … first rock concert? Elton John at Radio City Music Hall in 2005! Saw oodles of musicals and orchestra concerts since a very young age.

3. THE FIRST MUSICAL INSTRUMENT I EVER OWNED OR PLAYED WAS … violin

4. THE FIRST SONG THAT I EVER PERFORMED IN PUBLIC WAS … well, I got to sing “My Country ‘Tis of Thee” over my elementary school’s PA system. I think I was nine years old. That was weird…

5. THE FIRST BAND I WAS EVER IN WAS … I was in a great band called Beyondo when I moved to NYC. I sang back-up vocals. That was 2004-2006.

Vocalist Martha Cluver joins her fellow singers in the Grammy Award-winning adventurous a cappella ensemble Roomful of Teeth for a concert at Proctors’ GE Theatre in Schenectady at 7:30pm on Wednesday (February 11). Tickets are $35.
