Washington Avenue Armory Concert Relocated

Led by Lzzy Hale, the hard-rockin’ Atlantic Records rockers Halestorm were originally scheduled to roar into Albany’s Washington Avenue Armory on Tuesday, May 5, in support of their upcoming album, Into the Wild Life, which is slated for release in early April.

But then last week, in the wake of the recent melee at the Migos concert at the Armory – where six stabbings and an assault were reported – the Washington Avenue Armory announced it was suspending all concerts and music events until further notice. And Halestorm fans were left wondering what would happen to the concert.

Well, wonder no more…

Concert promoter Step Up Presents has announced that the show is being re-located from the Armory to Albany’s Palace Theatre on the same date.

All tickets purchased for the show at the Armory will be honored at the Palace. The orchestra section (downstairs) will be general admission ($29.50), while the loge and balcony seats will be reserved ($29.50 & $35).

In addition to headliners Halestorm, the Carnival of Madness Albany tour stop will also feature the Pretty Reckless, fronted by vocalist/”Gossip Girl” actress Taylor Momsen, and Starset beginning at 7:30pm on Tuesday, May 5. Doors open at 6:30pm.
