Three New Concerts Announced for The Egg

Three new concerts have been announced for The Egg in Albany, including the Nippertown debut of an all-star jazz trio…

In addition to leading their own projects and bands, pianist Danilo Pérez, bassmaster John Patitucci and drummer sublime Brian Blade have been playing together as three quarters of the extraordinary Wayne Shorter Quartet for more than a decade.

Now with the upcoming release of their debut album Children of Light (due out next month), they’re ready to make their mark as an all-star trio as well, and in support of the new album, Perez Patitucci Blade (aka, the Children of Light Trio) will be hitting the road for a tour that includes a stop at The Egg at 8pm on Saturday, November 21. Tickets are $29.50.

Tickets for Perez Patitucci Blade – as well as the two additional concerts listed below – are currently available only to members of The Egg, and will go on sale to the general public at 11am on Tuesday, August 18.
