LIVE: San Fermin @ Zankel Music Center, 10/24/15

The eclectic, eight-piece, Brooklyn-based alternative band San Fermin rolled onto the Skidmore College campus in Saratoga Springs last month for a mind-blowing musical experience at the Zankel Music Center in support of the band’s sophomore album Jackrabbit, released earlier this year.
Led by the bandleader-composer-keyboardist Ellis Ludwig-Leone, the stunning show was simply beyond categorization. Approximately 300 fans witnessed an articulate, virtuosic, experimental, creative concert, spurred to stratospheric heights by the emotion-laden, dual lead vocal tandem of Allen Tate and Charlene Kaye.
If you missed them at Skidmore, you’ll get another chance next month, when San Fermin makes a tour stop at MASS MoCA’s Club B-10 in North Adams on Saturday, December 5. The multi-talented singer-songwriter Sam Amidon opens the concert at 8pm. Tickets are on sale now, priced at $12 in advance; $18 at the door; $12 students; $24 preferred. Don’t miss it…
