Since Brett Scallions returned to the line-up in 2010, there’s been quite a revolving door of bandmembers, but the revamped Fuel who took the stage at the Upstate Concert Hall in Clifton Park last month was definitely in rockin’ mode. They opened their show with a blast through Stone Temple Pilots’ “Vaseline,” in memory of the late Scott Weiland, and they never let up as they roared into the night.

It was, after all, Q103’s Christmas Chaos show, so what did you expect?

New Paltz rockers One Day Waiting launched into the evening in support of their new EP, The Key, followed by Red Sun Rising, who were so good that they should have been billed as co-headliners.
