September is National Hispanic Heritage Month, and in celebration, the Empire State Plaza Convention Center hosted an evening of food, art & crafts, dancing and, of course, lots of live music including performances by DJ BoyBoy, Luis Damon, Judy Torres and headliner Michael Stuart, whose debut disc Cuentos de la Vecindad earned him the Tu Musica Award for Best New Artist in 1997.
