I have know idea how it’s flown under my radar for so long, but the Lenox Apple Squeeze festival this weekend is most definitely worth checking out. I only just found out about this free fest this month, but it turns out that this Saturday & Sunday (September 24 & 25) marks the 37th annual Lenox Apple Squeeze…

Crafts, sculpture and original artwork will fill Main Street in Lenox, along with handmade jewelry, textiles, wood carvings, leather goods and hand-woven clothing. Enjoy foods, wines, craft beers and delicacies from around the world as local farmers display the bounties of this year’s harvest. Lots of children’s activities, too. And, of course, apples and all variety of imaginable apple recipes will abound.

But most of all is the music – including the Felice Brothers headlining Saturday’s festivities – which kicks off at 10am on both days.
