ARTIST TALK: Sonya Clark @ Skidmore College’s Tang Museum, Saratoga Springs. The artist, who chairs the craft and material studies department at Virginia Commonwealth University, discusses her work, which is focused on beads, cloth and other media. 6pm.

TALK: Noa Wertheim @ UAlbany’s University Art Museum, Albany. The co-founder of Vertigo Dance Company, which has won international acclaim for its community-centered and environmentally conscious approach to dance, is joined by Mary Ellen Malia, the director of the UAlbany Office of Environmental Sustainability. 7pm.
