Palace Theatre Announces Another New Concert

When classic rock meets classical music… it just might be Rocktopia.

They’re the new musical mash-up masters who fuse Mozart’s “Eine kleine Nachtmusik” with Styx’s “Come Sail Away,” Mussorgsky’s “Pictures at an Exhibition” with U2’s “Where the Streets Have No Name” and Beethoven’s “Ode to Joy” with Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believing”… You get the idea.

Maybe you watched “Rocktopia Live in Budapest: A Classical (R)evolution” on WMHT-TV last night. Or maybe, like us, you missed it.

Either way, you’ll get another chance when Rocktopia Live comes to Albany’s Palace Theatre at 7:30pm on Thursday, March 30, featuring five world-class vocalists, a five-piece rock band, an orchestra and choir.

Tickets are priced at $45, $59 & $99 and go on sale to the general public at 10am today (Tuesday, January 31).
