FEST: The Roots Music Festival @ The Linda
The annual Roots Music Festival returns to The Linda in Albany at 8pm on Saturday, April 8.
Headlining the fest will be Matuto, the acclaimed, Brooklyn-based world-music sextet who fuse together Afro-Brazilian music with Appalachian bluegrass.
The Roots Music Festival line-up of performers also includes country-rockers the Lazy Suns, returning gospel group the Heavenly Echoes and, of course, the host band Red Haired Strangers.
Tickets are currently on sale, priced at $15.
