MUSIC: Jim Gaudet & the Railroad Boys @ McGeary’s Pub, Albany. The bluegrass boys are back for their first Monday of the month residency – with a batch of new songs, too. 7:30pm. FREE.

THEATER: “REBEL/Sister” @ UAlbany Performing Arts Center, Albany. It’s the world premiere of the new rock musical by Chad Larabee, Jonathan Michael Weber and Anna Ebbesen. Inspired by Sophocles’ “Antigone,” the musical follows two sisters as they find the courage to face a powerful opponent during a post-apocalyptic civil war. 7pm. $20; $15 students & seniors. Through Wednesday, April 5.
