FEST: Freedom Fest 2017 @ Upstate Concert Hall

If you’ve been watching the summer festival announcements roll out, but you just haven’t found anything headbangin’ enough for your tastes, well, maybe what you’ve been waiting for is the Freedom Fest 2017 at the Upstate Concert Hall in Clifton Park.

With a dozen bands pummeling the stage, the one-day-only indoor bash takes place on Saturday, May 20. Doors open at 11:30am, and first sonic boom is expected to take place at 12:30pm.

Headlining the mosh-pit mayhem, “White Trash” Rob Lind leads Ramallah in a tribute to Blood for Blood. The day-long festivities will also include performances by All Out War, Terror, 100 Demons, Death Before Dishonor, Rude Awakening, Gods Hate, Concrete, Laid 2 Rest, Purgatory, Jagged Visions and Zero Hour.

Tickets are on sale now, priced at $30 in advance; $40 at the door.
