The Egg Announces Three New Concerts

The Egg has added three more new concerts to its calendar.
Tickets to the concerts are currently available exclusively to members of The Egg and will go on sale to the general public at 11am on Friday (May 19).
Here are the details of the new concerts on tap:
AN EVENING WITH GILLIAN WELCH
Sunday, July 2, 7:30pm
Gillian Welch, recently celebrated the 20th anniversary of her debut recording Revival – with the release of the official bootleg album Boots No. 1. Now set to release The Harrow & The Harvest recording for the first time on vinyl, Welch, one of the leading voices in Americana music, performs with her long-time partner Dave Rawlings.
ROBERT EARL KEEN
Tuesday, July 18, 7:30pm
Texas singer-songwriter Robert Earl Keen is acclaimed for his ability to strike the unusual balance between sensitive story-portraits and raucous barroom sing-alongs. Keen – who will perform with his touring band – released the top-selling Happy Prisoner bluegrass album in 2015 followed by last year’s retrospective Live Dinner Reunion.

For the first time in 40 years, prog-art-rock pioneers Renaissance, led by the ethereal vocal stylings of Annie Haslam, will perform onstage with a live chamber orchestra adding an incredible dynamic to their classics “Mother Russia,” “Carpet of the Sun,” “Song for All Seasons” and others in this career retrospective concert.
