The Palace Theatre Announces Yet Another New Show

ABC-TV’s “Dancing With the Stars” televised dance competition has generated a number of successful live stage spin-offs, and Albany’s Palace Theatre is where they land when their tour brings them to Greater Nippertown.

“Dancing with the Stars” brother-and-sister team of Julianne & Derek Hough brought their second annual “Move” dance tour to the Palace last month.

And the Dancing with the Stars: Live! – Hot Summer Nights live tour is headed into the Palace on Friday, June 23.

Now, the folks at the Palace have added yet another one…

“Love on the Floor,” a dance show in four acts featuring two-time “Dancing With The Stars” Mirror Ball champion and Emmy-nominated choreographer-dancer Cheryl Burke, makes a tour stop at the Palace at 7pm on Sunday, November 12.

In addition, Meryl Davis & Charlie White, the 2014 Olympic Gold Medal winning Ice Dance duo will star alongside Burke on the tour. Davis was the Mirror Ball winner for Season 18 of “Dancing With The Stars” with White placing fourth in the same season.

Priced at $54.50, $64.50 & $74.50, tickets go on sale to the general public at 10am on Friday (May 19).
