FREE: Music Haven Announces Summer Concert Schedule

Traveling the world one concert at a time…

That’s been the slogan for the adventurous, free Music Haven Concert Series since it was launched by Mona Golub back in 1990. And once again this summer, Schenectady’s Central Park will echo with the joyous, exotic, intoxicating sounds from all around the globe.

The 2017 schedule of six Music Haven concerts will take you from Ireland to Cuba, from Ghana to Mexico and from Mali to the Louisiana bayou. You can soak up the sounds of Arabian funk or Middle Eastern maqam melded with jazz… all for free.

The concerts takes place at 7pm on Sundays from July 9-August 13 at the Agnes McDonald Music Haven Stage in Schenectady’s Central Park. In case of inclement weather, the rainsite for the concerts is Proctors in Schenectady.
