The Egg Announces Two New Concerts

Super singer-songwriter Shawn Colvin is bringing her A Few Small Repairs 20th Anniversary Tour to The Egg in Albany at 7:30pm on friday, November 10.

In concert, Colvin will perform her Grammy Award-winning Album of the Year, which also earned her the Song of the Year Grammy for “Sunny Came Home,” in its entirety, in addition to other audience favorites and new music.

And everyone purchasing a ticket for the show will also receive a copy of the new 20th anniversary edition of the album, featuring seven bonus tracks.

And if that’s not enough for ya, the fab Americana husband-and-wife duo of Larry Campbell & Teresa Williams will open the concert.

Priced at $37.50, $42.50 & $52.50, tickets are currently available exclusively to members of The Egg and will go on sale to the general public at 11am on Friday (June 2).

Meanwhile, The Egg will also play host to the Summer Super Soul Fest, headlined by Dru Hill at 8pm on Saturday, July 22. The ’90s hip-hop soul quartet features original members Sisqo, Jazz and Nokio in addition to Tao who joined the line-up in 2008.

Sisqo will also perform a solo set – including, of course, “The Thong Song.” Additional support acts are V.I.C. and Chubb Rock. Tickets are on sale now, priced at $46, $56 & $66.
