Recently, sublime singer-songwriter and Saratoga Springs native MaryLeigh Roohan played an all-too rare homecoming concert at Caffe Lena, where she first began to hone her musical talents at open mic nights not too many years ago.

She played a full-band recreation of her latest EP Living Alone. Her friend Jen Trani joined her from LA to play some songs that they’d co-written. Every guest in attendance received an exclusive preview of her next record, which isn’t due until 2018. And, heck, she even gave away her guitar. Now that’s what we call a very special homecoming…
