It’s the Weekend!

It's The Weekend!

Congratulations! You made it through another work-week, and now it’s time to get out there and soak up as much fun as humanly possible before the dwindling summer weekends evaporate.

But before we head out for some last-weekend-of-August fun (!!!) we’d like to send out a thank-you to everyone who dropped by this week to add encouragement, support, proof-reading and, yes, criticism, too. And thanks for helping to spread the word about

Of course, we couldn’t possibly cover the wide, wonderful world of art and entertainment offerings around Nippertown without a dedicated bunch of wonderful writers, photographers, artists, tipsters and other assorted enablers who continually enrich us all with their contributions. So a big salute goes out to this week’s community contributors:

Andrzej Pilarczyk
Don Wilcock
Stan Johnson
Tim Livingston
Rudy Lu
Professor Teddy Clement, Ret.
J Hunter
Joel Patterson
Tim Reidy
Barbara Waldinger
Macey Levin
David Brickman
Roseann Cane
Gail M. Burns

Please consider adding your name to this list. Just send us something – a review, preview, interview, photo, list, video, rant, crayon drawing or whatever’s on your mind. Remember, Nippertown is your hometown, and we can’t possibly do this without your help.

And thanks to all of the folks from the area venues and organizations who were gracious enough to provide us with review tickets and/or photo passes for their events:

The Egg, Albany
Saratoga Performing Arts Center, Saratoga Springs
Hudson SummerFest, Hudson
Tang Museum, Saratoga Springs
Downtown Troy BID, Troy
