FEST: The Eastbound Throwdown Returns to Salem

After the success of the inaugural Eastbound Throwdown last year, Northern rockers Eastbound Jesus are back to do it all over again this weekend, bigger and better.

On Friday & Saturday (September 8 & 9), the Eastbound Throwdown will take over the Irwin Farm in Salem with featured performances by Driftwood, the Mallett Brothers Band, Formula 5, Black Mountain Symphony, Swamp Candy, Wreckloose, Green, the Old Main, Cobblestone and, of course, two sets by the festival hosts.

This year the fest is also adding a second stage to keep the music flowing non-stop. The acoustic stage will feature Ian Fitzgerald, the Saratoga Strings Band, Dan Johnson, J. Schnitt, One for the Road, Big Stone Gap, Turf n’ Turf and the Upchuck Ramblers.

All-fest, two-day tickets are currently available for $60, which also includes camping. Single day tickets for Saturday only will be $40. Kids age 15 & under are free.
