Palace Theatre Announces BIG New Concert

David Byrne is bringing his American Utopia Tour to Albany’s Palace Theatre at 7:30pm on Sunday, September 9. The tour – which included at stop at Ulster Performing Arts Center in Kingston last week – has been garnering rave reviews.

Performing with a 12-piece, untethered band, the ex-Talking Head says, “We’ll be doing some new songs… and many others that will, I assume, be familiar. I’m excited. This is the most ambitious show I’ve done since the shows that were filmed for ‘Stop Making Sense,’ so fingers crossed.”

Opening for Byrne at the Palace will be Tune-Yards.

Tickets will go on sale to the general public at 10am on Friday, priced at $49.50, $59.50, $69.50, $79.50, $89.50, $125 & $150.
