FEST UPDATE: Bands Added to Dirt Farmer Festival

Presented by Woodstock’s Levon Helm Studios on Sunday, August 19, the inaugural Dirt Farmer Festival at Arrowood Farms in Accord has already announced an impressive line-up of musical talent, but they’ve just upped the ante considerably with some new additions to the schedule – Tash Neal (of the London Souls), Jimmy Vivino (of the Fab Faux), Grammy Award-winning soul singer William Bell and Jackson Browne.

Yes, that Jackson Browne. Just last week, it was announced that Browne would play a pair of intimate concerts at Levon Helm Studios on Friday & Saturday, August 17 & 18, and those shows sold out in a flash, despite ticket prices of $100 & $175. Now apparently, Browne has decided to stick around Greater Nippertown for another day to play at the fest.

Gates for the one-day fest will open at 12noon with the music starting at 1pm. The feat will feature 10+ artists performing on two stages throughout the day, in addition to great local food vendors, craft beer and other activities. Tickets for the fest are priced at $75; VIP $135.
