MUSIC: Davell Crawford @ the Cock ‘n Bull, Galway. Acclaimed as the Piano Prince of New Orleans, Crawford returns to the Galway venue bringing equal exuberance to both modern and classic jazz, R&B, funk, blues, gospel, soul, pop, folk and, yes, even touches of country-western. $50 for a Big Easy-inspired dinner and the show. MUSIC: Hamell on Trial @ the Low Beat, Albany. He’s back for a weekly Wednesday residency in February with a battered acoustic guitar, a scathing sense of humor and some damn wicked-good songs…. 7pm.

THEATER: Red Maple @ Capital Repertory Theatre, Albany. A dinner party. Two couples. Old friends all. What could go wrong?
