The Bearsville Theater in Woodstock plays host to Belew, Levin, Mastelotto & Friends at 8pm on Friday, August 16. Tickets are $25 & $45 in advance; $30 & $50 at the door.

Celtic favorites Gaelic Storm are headed into the soon-to-open new music venue Skyloft in Guilderland at 8pm on Saturday, June 15. Priced at $30 in advance; $35 at the door, tickets go on sale to the general public at 10am on Friday (March 15).

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Guitarslinger Joe Bonamassa is slated to return to the Saratoga Performing Arts Center again this summer. Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10am on Friday (March 15).

Levon Helm Studios in Woodstock has added a handful of new concerts, including the double-bill of Simi Stone and Kat Wright at 8pm on Saturday, April 27 ($25 & $40); Terry Reid & the Cosmic American Derelicts with opener Alice Wallace at 8pm Friday, May 10 ($35 & $55); Green Leaf Rustlers – featuring the all-star line-up of Chris Robinson, Barry Sless, Greg Loiacono, Pete Sears and John Molo – at 7pm on Sunday, May 12 ($50 & $80); and the Midnight Ramble Band’s two-night musical tribute honoring Levon Helm’s 79th birthday at 8pm on Friday & Saturday, May 24 & 25 ($75 & $100).

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: The line-up of performers for the Old Songs Folk Festival of Traditional Music & Dance at the Altamont Fairgrounds has been announced, including Emma’s Revolution, Bill Staines, Sharon Katz & The Peace Train, John McCutcheon, Mary Flower, Bruce Molsky, Archie Fisher, Tommy Sands, Beppe Gambetta, Cathy Barton & Dave Para, Magpie, Lil Rev, Ken & Brad Kolodner Trio, Mulebone, Sally Rogers & Howie Bursen, John Roberts, Deb Cowan, Fennig’s All Stars, Stefan Amidon and lots more.

Due to popular demand and ticket sales for his 8pm show on Saturday, May 11 at The Egg, a second concert by stand-up comedian Kevin James has been added at 5:30pm on the same day.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Two-time Rock & Roll Hall of Famer Graham Nash and his band are coming to The Egg. Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10am on Friday (March 15).

The Bob Gluck Quintet – featuring pianist Gluck with Keith Pray on saxophone, Christopher Dean Sullivan on bass, Tanni Tabbal on drums and special guest vocalist Kyra Gaunt – serves up a concert of jazz improvisations and new compositions at 7pm on Thursday, April 4 at the UAlbany Performing Arts Center. Advance tickets are $5; $3 for students & seniors. Tickets will be $10 at the door; $5 for students & seniors.

CANCELLED: The Eighth Step has announced that the concert by Mustard’s Retreat that was slated to take place at Proctors in Schenectady on Friday evening (March 15) has been cancelled.

Colony in Woodstock welcomes all-female Led Zep tribute band Zepparella at 8pm on Saturday, April 27. Tickets are $22 & $30.

OPENERS: Barns Courtney has been tapped as the opening act for Elle King at the Upstate Concert Hall in Clifton Park at 8pm on Wednesday, April 24… Johnathan Rice will be opening the show for the Felice Brothers at Skyloft in Guilderland at 8pm on Saturday, April 27.
