MUSIC/FUNDRAISER: I Loved Lucy @ Bridge Street Theatre, Catskill. Charles Busch is Lucille Ball in a gala benefit concert staging of Lee Tannen’s show also starring Tannen as himself and featuring Tom Judson. Directed by Carl Andress. 7:30pm. $50. Also at 6:30pm Saturday.

MUSIC: Maswick & Brown @ Caffe Lena, Saratoga Springs. Exquisite is the word that comes to mind in describing the perfect harmonies and expert guitar accompaniment of this Saratoga duo of Dave Maswick and Joel Brown. Enjoy classic ’60s and ’70s folk-rock cover tunes along with originals that blend right in. 8pm. $22.

MUSIC: We Banjo 3 @ The Egg, Albany. The Irish band finds new common ground between old world tradition and contemporary Americana music by plying their multi-award winning banjo, fiddle, guitar and mandolin in an innovation fusion of styles that they dub “Celtgrass.” 8pm. $34.
