Restaurant: Impossible coming to Nisky’s LT Grill
Chef Robert Irvine from the popular reality TV show Restaurant: Impossible is coming to Niskayuna, NY on July 10th and 11th. And they are seeking “enthusiastic individuals” that would love to work (for free) along side Robert Irvine and his renovation team.

Volunteers may be painting, crafting, constructing, remodeling, cleaning, decorating, etc. (depending on your skill set). Always looking for skilled contractors, electricians, plumbers, upholsters’ and painters to help out and donate their time but we welcome all skill sets and skill levels always.
This is good news for LT’s Grill in Niskayuna, but is it fair to the competition? The formula is simple. Find a failing business, throw a ton of free skilled labor at it, put it on television, and watch it succeed. The question is for how long before the existing business practices return and it’s a matter of time before things are back to failing.
The volunteer schedule is as follows:
Shift #1 – Wednesday, July 10: Noon to 7 p.m.
Shift #2 – Wednesday, July 10: 7 p.m. to 2 a.m.
Shift #3 – Thursday, July 11: 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
This is a volunteer position, though meals will be provided. Volunteers must be 18 years or older and all volunteers must sign an appearance release on site.
If you are interested, email the show with the subject line “1507 LT Volunteer” to [email protected] by Friday, July 5. Do so by noon with preferred shift, full name, email address, cell number and skill set or related profession. Anyone who replies to volunteer is guaranteed a spot. Confirmation emails will be sent the day before each shift.
Big fan of roberts show, would love to have dinner that night
