Wrembel to bring Gypsy Jazz to Caffe Lena September 21

Caffe Lena is hosting Stephane Wrembel on Saturday, September 21st. Wrembel is well-loved for skill on the guitar, which he honed after studying Gypsy Jazz for years.

Rolling Stone has called Wrembel “a revelation” who has headlined Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and even the Festival Django Reinhardt in France. He has recorded with mandolin legend David Grisman, toured with master violinist Mark O’Connor, and shared stages with everyone from Elvis Costello to Patti Smith and The Roots. The prestigious guitar manufacturer Gitane even sells a Stephane Wrembel guitar.

Wrembel will take Lena’s stage at 7:30 pm. Advance ticket purchase is recommended for this show.
