Best of 2019: The Year in Photos (Saratoga Performing Arts Center)

Every year Saratoga Performing Arts Center is voted as one of the top outdoor venues in the country. Of course, the amphitheater is amazing, but it’s “The Lawn” that is famous amongst the musicians. Every year it is some lead singer’s quest to get close and personal with their fans and this year was no exception. Right before Matt Schultz of Cage the Elephant surfed his way up the hill at the end of their legendary set he turned to me and asked, “Is this safe?” “Sure, man… go for it.”

SPAC had the some familiar names this year, Dead and Co., Dave Matthews, and Zac Brown. And some more familiar names, KISS’s Final-Final-Final Tour, Santana celebrated the 50th Anniversary of Woodstock and Peter Frampton’s probably real Farewell Tour.
