In the latest episode of Stories From A Bar I am joined by Scott Veltman the head brewer at Indian Ladder Farms Cidery & Brewery. Between his time at Ommegang, C.H. Evans Brewing, and Indian Ladder Farms Scott has been brewing beer for over a decade.

We discuss everything from earning a Fermentation Science degree in Montreal, being involved in the creation of Ommegang’s Game of Thrones beer line, to Indian Ladder Farms and how they have grown over the last couple years. As well as the impact the coronavirus has had on the farm and how they have had to adjust as a result.
