LIVE (Stream): Lula Wiles @ Caffe Lena, 10/3/2020

Following in the contemporary footstep-tradition of the Wailin’ Jennys and the Boxcar Lilies, the trio of instrumentalists and singers, known as the Lula Wiles have, since last year, captivated the singer-songwriter and folk world with their three-part harmonies and mature instrumental accompaniment.

Ellie Buckland (vocals/guitar/fiddle), Isa Burke (vocals/guitar/fiddle), and Mali Obomsawin (vocals/bass) have traversed the landscape of ballads to rockers with heartfelt aplomb and amazing vocal harmonies. Their second album, What Will We Do, blends their contemporary leanings with neo-traditional flavorings for something different that separates them from the pack.
