ALBANY, NY – Lark Hall owners Jennifer and Justin Miller today announced that they have entered into a management services agreement with Building Blocks Management, LLC, which is owned by Albany natives Danny and Stephen Taylor.  Danny currently serves as General Manager at the Palace Theatre in Albany, while Stephen is General Manager at Hi-Line Merchandising, based in Shoemakersville, PA.  Between them, Danny and Stephen have accrued decades of hands-on experience overseeing all aspects of operations at live music venues and festivals across the country and will be valuable additions to the Lark Hall team.

Danny Taylor will be taking lead to ramp up front of house operations at the newly renovated and reopened Lark Hall now that capacity restrictions at venues have been lifted in New York State.  This will include the hiring of staff and security personnel, room management and bar operations.

By teaming with highly talented and well-respected industry specialists, Lark Hall has taken a monumental step towards its overall goal of full capacity bookings of top-level artists and events.

Jennifer and Justin Miller said, “We are excited to announce this partnership with Building Blocks Management, which will allow us to quickly achieve our mission to host and manage top level artists and events at Lark Hall and deliver a unique fan and guest experience like no other in the region.  Danny and Stephen have quietly become two of the most talented and respected leaders in the venue and live music event management industry – both locally and across the country.  From the day we met, we knew the Taylor brothers were a perfect fit for our management and planning needs and they instantly recognized our goals and the potential for Lark Hall to be a premier venue not only for Albany, but the entire Capital District and beyond.  We welcome them to the Lark Hall family and look forward to exciting times ahead.”

Stephen Taylor added, “Building Blocks Management is excited to join the quest in turning Lark Hall into a premier performing arts venue in the Capital Region.”
