For Episode 47 of Stories From A Bar Chris sits down with Mike Diana of the Schenectady County Historical Society. The guys hang out at Mad Jack Brewing at The Van Dyck drinking and snacking while talking about some of the most well known ghost stories Schenectady has to offer.

There is a number of paranormal stories that could be told about Schenectady and in this episode, Mike Diana does a fantastic job not only telling some of them but also laying out some of the histories behind them. Stories of lost love, being burned at the stake, a soldier leaving for war never to be seen again are only some of the highlights that the guys talk about. As well as a little lesson on the Schenectady massacre of 1690 and some of the legends that were born from it over time. This is an episode you won’t want to miss into not only local history but ghost stories as well.
