New Concert Announcements (from the week ending November 6)

In a quick turnaround announcement, The Strand in Hudson Falls has booked John Waite to play this Tuesday night. If you haven’t yet found a reason to take the short drive north to experience this beautiful venue, perhaps this is your opportunity. The Egg has booked Bruce Dickinson for a spoken word and Q&A session, which may be the most Iron Maiden we get in Nippertown anytime soon. The Palace has all the makings of a Jam Band January, with Umphrey’s McGee and Greensky Bluegrass added to the already-announced Dark Star Orchestra New Year’s run. And MASS MoCA has booked Kraftwerk for next June which (let’s face it) is not an act you see make the rounds around here very often.
