“Violet” Set to Close SLOC’s 95th Season

Be prepared to fall in love with Schenectady Light Opera Company’s closing production of Violet, directed and choreographed by TJ Collins. The story follows the titular character as she travels cross-country to find the physical healing of a televangelist in the mid-60s. The real journey goes inward, as Violet finds healing from her past and discovers the ability to be loved. Collins asks his audience to explore their own journeys in their lives. “I hope this journey finds you on your own path, and inspires you to be brave, and feel loved.”
