Rufus Wainwright to Perform at Troy Music Hall, October 1st
TROY – Troy Music Hall is pleased to announce that Rufus Wainwright will bring his Unfollow the Rules Tour to their venue on October 1st! Following his Unfollow the Rules band tour of 2021 and 2022, Rufus is now touring solo with a selection of songs from his latest pop album, covers, and other songs from his vast repertoire.
Praised by the New York Times for his “genuine originality,” Rufus Wainwright has established himself as one of the great male vocalists, songwriters, and composers of his generation. The New York-born, Montreal-raised singer-songwriter has released ten studio albums to date, three DVDs, and three live albums including the GRAMMY®-nominated Rufus Does Judy at Carnegie Hall.

He has written two operas, numerous songs for movies and TV, and is currently working on his first musical.
