Soul Session to Headline Shepard Park’s Friday at the Lake, July 1st

LAKE GEORGE – This Friday, July 1st, Soul Session is the headline act for Friday at the Lake at Shepard Park in Lake George. As part of a family-oriented concert series held all summer long in Lake George, this show is sure to entertain. Opening the show is the dynamic duo, Yellow Dog.

Soul Session

Soul Session, featuring band leader and lead vocalist, Garland Nelson, has presented high-energy funk and R&B renditions of your favorite hit songs. In 2019, Garland won the Eddies Award for “Best R&B Vocalist” and Soul Session won “Best Band in the Capital Region.” Garland connects with the audience and creates an atmosphere of Live and Celebration at his shows. Recently performing on SPAC’s main stage as part of the annual Friehofer’s annual Jazz Festival, the crowd will surely love him and Soul Session this Friday at the Lake during their 7:30-9:30 pm. performance.

Yellow Dog

As Yellow Dog, John Repko and Jason Young have been rocking the Capital District for 29 years. They have the biggest sound of any duo and play a variety of classic hits that will have the audience singing along.
