Comedian Judy Gold Coming to the Mansion of Saratoga August 18

ROCK CITY FALLS – Comedian Judy Gold will perform her standup comedy act “Yes, I Can Say That” Thursday, Aug. 18 at The Mansion of Saratoga. Tickets are $60. 

The dinner show is seated cabaret-style on the great tented deck in the rear of the historic George West Victorian mansion at 801 County Route 29, about six miles from downtown Saratoga Springs. 

Judy Gold has been making audiences laugh for more than three decades with her brutally honest, fearless and no holds barred sense of humor.

Her hilarious new show, “Yes, I Can Say That,” gives audiences something we all desperately need right now, a space to stop taking ourselves so seriously and to start laughing again.

She has recorded stand-up specials for HBO, Comedy Central and LOGO. She is also the author of “Yes I Can Say That: When They Come For The Comedians, We Are All In Trouble,” a critically acclaimed book about free speech and cancel culture which debuted as the number one comedy release on Amazon and was featured in the New York Times Book Review. 

Gold plays the role of Chaya on FX’s “Better Things,” as well as being a writer on the show. She also appears on Showtime’s new series “First Lady” as Elizabeth Read, and on upcoming season three of “City On A Hill” as Cassandra Kassell. 

Gold is one of the main subjects in the Hulu documentary “Hysterical.” She is the host of the hit podcast, “Kill Me Now.” She has appeared on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” and “The Tonight Show.” From 1999-2010, Judy was the host of HBO’s “At the Multiplex with Judy Gold.” Judy also won two Emmy awards for writing and producing “The Rosie O’Donnell Show.”

Gold has made numerous appearances on “The View,” “The Today Show,” “The Drew Barrymore Show” and “The Wendy Williams Show.” She often pops up on The Food Network, but please do not mention “Chopped All Stars” or “Rachel vs. Guy” to her.
