“Under the Porchlights 2”: Storytelling to Celebrate the Season at the Strand, Oct. 23

HUDSON FALLS – On Sunday, October 23rd, The Caravan Players, Hudson River Music Hall Production‘s house theatre group, will present Under the Porchlights 2… Storytelling at The Strand —Tales Past and Present, Below and Beyond, at The Strand Theatre. With two showings, one during the afternoon, and one in the early evening, the theatre welcomes attendees to a day of rich and captivating storytelling. The event will be directed by Rene Roberge.

Based on two popular NPR programs—Selected Shorts and The Moth Radio Hour—each program will feature six new performers with six different stories for each performance.

In the “SPIRIT” of the season, each person will share a favorite short story, an original writing, or a personal tale intended to scare, chill, shock… AND especially entertain you with unexpected plot twists & endings!

The Caravan Players invite neighbors and friends to stop by, “Sit a Spell,” and enjoy a beverage & snack as we celebrate the art of the written and spoken word with some HALLOWEEN Merriment and More.

TICKET INFORMATION:

The shows will happen at 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm. For just one admission price of $12 (cash or check only), you will be able to attend the two different presentations; all tickets will be sold at the door.
