The event’s itinerary is as follows:

  • Social dance from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
  • Irish step dance demonstration 3:00 pm
  • 12th Annual Capital Districts Celtic Music Jam, 3:30 pm with Maggie’s Clan
  • Live music (cont.) 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm
  • Shamrock market and craft beverages by Frog Alley from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm

The Celtic Music Jam was first brought to fruition 12 years ago to memorialize my Irish grandmother. She was a significant guiding light in my life and nurtured a deep love for music in our family as well as her community. Grandma Peggy was an organist, a singer, and a very well-rounded musician. I started the Celtic Music Jam to honor my grandmother after her passing, and she lives on in the music we share and the grand times we experience!
