Grammy-winning Guitarist Jason Vieaux Headlines June Benefit Concert at Massry Center
Jason Vieaux, a Grammy-winning classical guitarist, is highly regarded in the music world. He is praised for his precision and soulful playing style, making him one of the top guitarists of his generation. He has performed at prestigious venues such as San Francisco Performances, Caramoor Festival, Ravinia Festival, and 92nd Street Y, solidifying his position as a leading guitarist globally. His international performances have taken him to renowned venues including Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, Seoul Arts Center, Shanghai Concert Hall, Sala São Paolo, and Teatro Colón in Buenos Aires. Jason Vieaux has collaborated with over 100 orchestras, including Cleveland, Toronto, Houston, Nashville, and Orchestra of St. Luke’s.

Vieaux’s solo album “Play,” which won a Grammy in 2014, received critical acclaim and contributed to the renewed interest in classical guitar. He recently recorded Pat Metheny’s “Four Paths of Light,” a solo composition dedicated to him by Metheny for his 2021 album “Road To The Sun.”
