Schleigho to Celebrate 30th Anniversary as a Band with Special Performance at Parish Public House, June 9th
ALBANY – Coming to Parish Public House on June 9th, Schleigho. Currently on tour, they are celebrating 30 years as a band! Opening for them that night is special guest, Vertices. Come out for an amazing night of music that blends genres of jam, prog-rock, and more!
Celebrating 30 years as a band, Schleigho‘s original quartet of Suke Cerulo (guitar) Jesse Gibbon (keys) Erik Egol (drums) and Drew McCabe (bass) will take you on a musical journey through edgy improv, hypnotic vibey grooves, and intricately composed and heady, progressive originals spanning three decades. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to see one of the best of the early 90’s jam band scene as they return to Albany for this special occasion.
Vertices is a four-piece jam band, formed in Rochester, New York in 2022. They are an independent group that has a strong focus on instrumental music with high energy, and an emphasis on improvisation. Vertices’ goal is to create unique, creative, and powerful music all while presenting a live experience that is new and different each and every time. Vertices’ first release, Could’ve Been Worse, as well as their subsequent releases Unwound and Waxcap, dropped during the summer of 2022 along with video of the band live at Small Cove Studios. Through these initial releases, Vertices demonstrates not only their technical ability as instrumentalists but an entirely unique fusion of sounds that only this group can bring to the table.
