Guthrie Bell brings the spirit of Jerry Garcia to Cohoes Music Hall, October 25th

COHOES – JGB, an outstanding American rock ensemble under the leadership of electric organ master, Melvin Seals, is on a dedicated mission: to honor and perpetuate the cherished musical heritage of the iconic Jerry Garcia Band. Guthrie Bell Productions helps further this mission with a show at Cohoes Music Hall on October 25th.

There is no doubt that Seals, a cherished member of Garcia’s legendary group, stands as a towering figure in the music industry, with a remarkable three-decade career filled with a diverse portfolio as a performer, recording artist, and producer. Seals is best known for his electrifying mastery of the Hammond B-3 organ and keyboards, and his legacy is etched into music history, contributing significantly to the evolution of what we now recognize as jam band music.
