Holly Bowling strikes Lark Hall, November 11th
ALBANY – World-renowned American pianist Holly Bowling is coming to put on a spectacular show at Lark Hall. Best known for her classical training and her past role as a member of the band Ghost Light, where she played keys and sang, Bowling has found much success within the music industry. She further gained major public recognition with the success of her “Jam Transcription” of Phish’s song “Tweezer” from Lake Tahoe in 2013, which ultimately set her career in motion.

Since embarking on a solo tour in July 2015, Bowling has released two albums with major inspiration from Phish and the Grateful Dead. Bowling is now a highly respected and talented musician within both the jam band and psychedelic rock genres.
Bowling has collaborated with iconic musicians such as Phil Lesh, Warren Haynes, Greensky Bluegrass, and more. She has also played at many prestigious venues like Carnegie Hall, and Blue Note Jazz Club, along with numerous, highly acclaimed festivals. Bowling was also recognized as one of “Ten New Artists You Need To Know Right Now” in November 2016 by Rolling Stone, which is a huge success in itself.
